pt.2 New Years Resolution of losing weight: Gettin' Healthy Smoothiees! Sum Wild-out Receipes
Yes...Everybody in their Mutha has made some sorta "I'm gonna to Lose weight...To the Gym...Eat betta Promises EVERY NEW YEARS!" Of course, you end up Drop-Kickin' dat commitment around March...OK Easter, anyway sum years ago, da Crafty Trainers & Sports Scientist @ MEN's Health put out a book called the ABS DIET! Suffice to say, I started Using the recommendations back on my b-day in Dec '13 & I've gone on and off 2 times. Each time I committed to it I dropped 25-40 pounds, but I had fun doing it plus I was able to eat 5-6x a DAY! The types of foods it recommends is affordable & deelicious.
The Letters of ABS DIET POWER spells it out
Almonds & other nuts
Beans
Spinach & other green veggies
Dairy fat or low-fat free
Instant Oatmeal
Eggs
Turkey & other lean meats
Peanut Butta
Olive Oil
Whole-grain breads & cereals
Extra protein (whey or soy) Powder
Raspberries & other berries
So let's get into the guidelines of the diet 'cause eating 5-6 meals/daily sounds ludicrous.
Eat Breakfast within 2 hours of waking up then throughout the day consume a meal every 3 hours example schedule
Wake up:6 am
Breakfast: 7:30 am
Snack 1: 10:30 am
Lunch: 12:30 pm
Snack 2: 3:30 pm
Dinner: 5:30 pm
Snack 3: 8 pm
Going long hours of not eating cause your insulin levels to spike and drop. Not good, because when you do eat, you'll gorge on ridiculous amount of high-caloric foods
No#2 Make sure the ABS DIET POWER foods is part of this diet (dats a must)
#3 Drink a daily SMOOTHIE (I will give sum really cool tasteees)
#4 STOP COUNTING CALORIES The stress alone isn't good for you, plus what you're consuming WILL DROP THE POUNDS!!! NOT WATER BUT PURE FAT!
#5 Once a week, REWARD YOURSELF & HAVE A CHEAT MEAL!! ONCE-A-WEEK!!
