Terminator (Fmr Gov.Schwarzenegger) Power-Up Smoothie (ABS Powerfoods: 5)
1 cup-milk (non or low-fat)
4 Tbs-yogurt
1 cup-instant oatmeal (nuked in H2O=1 min)
1 Tbs-peanut butter (YES PB)
1 Tbs-Chocolate whey or soy powder
1 apple, chopped
makes 20 oz serving; Cal:220; Protein:12 grams; Carbs: 29 g; Fat: 4 g; Sat. Fat: 1.5 g; Fiber: 3.5 g
Strawberry Field Marshall Smoothie (ABS Powerfoods: 5)
1/2 cup-yogurt
1 cup-milk (non-low fat milk)
1 Tbs-peanut butter
1 cup-Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Tbs-whey powder
6 ice cubes, crushed
makes 16 oz serving; Cal: 190; Protein: 11 g; Carbs:26 g; Fat: 5 g; Sat. Fat: 2 g; Fiber:3 g
Banana Split Smoothie (ABS Powerfoods: 3)
1 banana
1/2 cup-yogurt (low-fat of course)
1/8 cup-OJ (It specifies FROZEN FROM CONCENTRATE...I've done FRESH as well)
1/2 cup-milk (1%?? dats negotiable...low or reduced fat works here as well)
1 Tbs-whey powder
6 ice cubes, crushed
makes 16 oz serving; Cal: 175; Protein: 8 g; Carbs: 33 g; Fat: 2 g; Sat.Fat: 1 g; Fiber: 2 g
Halle Berries Smoothie (ABS Powerfoods: 4)
1 cup-oatmeal, (nuked in H2O or low-fat milk)
1 cup-reduced or fat free milk
2 cups-straw, rasp or blueberries, mixed (once again, the book specify 3/4 cup, personally I do 2)
1 Tbs-whey powder
3 ice cubes, crushed
makes 24 oz serving; Cal: 160, Protein; 7 g; Carbs: 30 g; Fat: 2 g; Sat.Fat: 0; Fiber: 8 g
PB & J Smoothie (ABS Powerfoods: 5)
1 cup-Vanilla yogurt (low-fat)
1 cup-milk (reduced fat, 1%?? pssf)
1 Tbs-PB
1 banana
1/2 cup-strawberries (frozen once again specified!! I've done both..FRESH)
1 Tbs-whey powder
4 ice cubes, crushed
makes 20 oz; Cal: 250; Protein: 15 g; Carbs: 45 g; Fat: 8 g; Sat. Fat.: 4 g; Fiber: 7 g
(SO I DON'T GET SUED..THE FOLLOWING ARE MY OWN TRIED "concoctions" & it works!

2 cups-yogurt (low-fat)
1 cup-OJ
1 cup-spinach (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup-strawberries & raspberries, mixed
1/2 cranberry juice (Ocean Spray preferrably)
1/2 oatmeal, nuked
1 Tbs-whey powder
3 ice cubes, crushed
makes 28 oz; Cal 300; Protein: 20 g; Carbs: 55 g; Fat 10 g; Sat.Fat; 6 g; Fiber: 15 g
I Keep It Tropical Smoothie (ABS Powerfoods 6)
2 cups-pineapple, crushed, diced or sliced (It's ALL going to the same place)
1 cup-mango, diced
1 cup OJ
1/2 cup-carrot, raw
1 Tbs-yogurt (low-fat of course)
1 Tbs-whey powder
8 ice cubes, crushed
makes 32 oz serving; Cal; 330; Protein: 14 g; Carbs: 60 g; Fat 12 g; Sat.Fat; 4; Fiber: 21 g
I must give much props to the geniuses over @ Men's Health for the deep research and some of my own! Don't forget to workout, start off @ 10 mins. 3x/weekly then TURN IT UP 10 mins more weekly (Half Hour start off isn't good if you have been SEDETARY [it means layin on yo backside], ease into it) Almost Definitely (I'm not saying its 100% proof for everybody plus BEFORE ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, SEE YOUR P.C.P. about dat) you will see Clothes-saggin' , Energy level Jacked-up, Less physical pain than you can imagine.
