The WHO listed these processed meats among the group 1 Carcinogens (that cancer cells) along side Plutonium, Cigarettes and yes The Vitamin D enriched Yellow Sun. Their 2nd A-list-Red meats share the same risks as Lead and DDT (whoa!!! 😟)
Well those "Disturbing 6 outta 100" people getting cancer is more likely consuming these meats will everyday will cause obesity, diabetes & heart disease. While the National Beef and Pork Association would contend those numbers are "misleading" it's not in their best interests to tell American consumers that's its potential deadly to consume these types of meats. Whuts also will cause the cancer rates 2 Quadruple is cooking it well done or BQue'n. When temps reach above 500°F, HCA's(Heterocyclic Amimes) & PAH's(Polycyclic Aromatic hydrocarbons) cancer compounds are developed. Now those who are either poor, overweight, live sedentary lifestyles & have underlaying medical conditions are highly @ risk. Now there's a better way to consume health foods, that's relatively inexpensive and its taste awesome.
MRS (Meal Replacement Smoothies) are an definite alternative for eliminating potential cancer risk and getting the necessary vitamins, minerals, amino acids, dairy cultures and yes cancer fighters to keep ya healthy! At least a combo of 2 fruits, 3 veggies, yogurt, whey or soy powder. These ingredients (Tumeric, Garlic & Rosemary) will aid in fighting cancer.
