  Yes...Everybody in their Mutha has made some sorta "I'm gonna to Lose weight...To the Gym...Eat betta Promises EVERY NEW YEARS!" Of course, you end up Drop-Kickin' dat commitment around March...OK Easter, anyway sum years ago, da Crafty Trainers & Sports Scientist @ MEN's Health put out a book called the ABS DIET! Suffice to say, I started Using the recommendations back on my b-day in Dec '13 & I've gone on and off 2 times. Each time I committed to it I dropped 25-40 pounds, but I had fun doing it plus I was able to eat 5-6x a DAY! Recently the W.H.O.(World Health Organization) revealed their findings of a 2 decade long, 800 studied research, combed thru by 22-member team which concludes what's been suspected 4 years. That gobbling up 50 grams (basically 6 slices of bacon or a foot-long) of red & processed meat can raise da risk on Colon Cancer by 18% (dat goes 4 Mr. Moo, Oink or Bah-hah). The WHO listed these processed meats among the group 1 Carcinogens (that cancer cells) along side Plutonium, Cigarettes and yes The Vitamin D enriched Yellow Sun. Their 2nd A-list-Red meats share the same risks as Lead and DDT (whoa!!! 😟) Well those "Disturbing 6 outta 100" people getting cancer is more likely consuming these meats will everyday will cause obesity, diabetes & heart disease. GoD Bless to everyone for surviving anutha year. The start of a New Year can present many challenges of things to come. For many, a rebirth for resetting priorities & for others, a reflection of past miscues & making new resolutions to correct on those miscues. Waiting till the start of an New year to make promises one won't likely keep can be disappointing. So how can someone avoid not committing to their new year's resolutions? Well setting ludicrous goals can destroy any ability to achievement of those promises. Find a friend, coworker or family member to set the same goals, this way you'll have a someone sharing the same objectives & yaw can motivate each other. Marking them goals & checkin them off as you go is a constant reminder of personal achievement of those commitments. I myself have a few & I'm praying for everyone else to stay focus on what they are looking to do. Haha none of us are perfect, but completing those resolutions s
